 Why don't you just place the link to the full version of your programs on your web page and make them availible to registered users by signing in with the email address and password used to purchase, or make the mailing automatic after purchase. That way you would spend less time attending these mailing tasks, as well you wouldn't get so many negative post to your forums. Its a good idea for many reasons but mostly because people shouldn't have to wait for a purchased program that doesn't ground or air ship via: fed ex, ups, usps etc... this should be nearly instant (I mean its a digital shipment for Pete's sake). You should certainly consider this... or perhaps something different... but either way I think everyone wants their product asap.
